A "not for us" button, similar to wink button and that users must have at least a profile pic and so many words in bio. Also to be verified within 7 days or account be deactivated until they do. Not only would this stop weird convos but free up some space on server.

Surely it all depends on what you expect or what you want from the site. We only meet at clubs so the people who we meet are real.

We obviously are real too as they meet us in person. Having a photo verification from 5 or 10 yes ago doesn't mean anything to us.

The problem we are finding is that once a profile is blocked you can never review them, so it maybe that someone is an arse but they rehabilitates themselves. We have looked at people we have blocked over a year ago and we are presuming they can never be relooked at.

I could be wrong, but I believe there is a way to unblock by username on desktop

Oh it's so hard to remember some usernames!! I do wish things were a little less black and white with blocking. Maybe add a private note for future profiles you're uncertain on? X

Mail filters will make the site work how you want it to in the most part.

Otherwise blocking everyone from being able to contact you and searching for who you'd like.

You could hotlist potential profiles and use the private notes function on others.

You must block a lot of people.

I've been here 5 years and can still see the first person I blocked on mine.

I would agree with you on the 'must have profile' pic option but as for the others.

Perhaps you could be more specific about the verification criteria you are insisting upon. If you're referring to phot verification, I would agree and many are finding that when joining the site, they can not proceed further without photo verifiying. Happened to me the last couple of times I rejoined.

As for the 'not for me' option, as others have said, there is already the block feature if you really don't want someone conacting you again, but as the FAQ's very clearly state, a non-reply sould be taken as a 'no, thank you' so I fail to see what real benefit such a button would provide

I'm always around here

Stop the ability to hide profile when searching. We know people look but they wanna be a secret squirrel as they don't want you to know they actually have looked.

Also take away the ability to mark a message as unread when it's clearly been read.

Stop the fake profiles that pop up in the half dozen at a time from the same person...has to be a way of doing this?
