Only site admin can change accounts from one type to another - and usually will only do so if it appears that a genuine mistake has been made when setting it up.
As mentioned above, you are verified as a single male and so, if your account was changed to a couples account, your verification would no longer be valid.
Best thing to do is set up a couples account |
