Photo pagination - simple tweak

Photos are shown on the site in rows of 3

Yet each page has 16 photos on it, so one picture is on a row on its own

If there are 3 photos per row, surely it'd be better to have a multiple of three per page, i.e. 15 or 18, not 16?

Seems to have gone down to 15 pics for the first page - but is still 16 on pages 2-20 (and a pic on its own on page 21)
