Been noticing a lot of unhappy people on here lately. What changes do you think Fab could add on here that would make people's experience on here better?

They should make it so that women have to reply to all men’s messages.

Also they should make it so that if your message gets deleted you get an automated message from admin telling you that no reply is a reply and that they cannot message that person again unless they message first.

So you want admin to make everyone do the hokey y?

I think admin should trademark this. Along with ‘have you tried going to clubs or socials’

Fab could instigate a Bumble policy. Single men can't message first. They have to be invited to message. That would help deal with a lot of issues.

Lol. This always seems irk me whenever I hear it. I don't think people understand that fab isn't just a place for people to organise clubs or socials. A lot of people appreciate discretion and don't actually want to go to those sort of things to find someone.

This is a good idea, pretty efficient as it cuts out the single men not getting a response and the profiles not having to deal with 100+ messages from people they don't want to hear from.

I'm not overthinking it. I'm having a great time on here and not really running into any kind of problems. The majority of people on here are men and a lot of them seem dissatisfied so this thread was made to see what could be done for them to have a better experience.

Surely an invite to message is the same as a direct message? Which is what people do in the first place

Maybe a tick box question on joining that simply asks "do you expect people to have sex with you just because you set up a profile?".

Then anyone that ticks it could be placed in an everlasting loop, cycling between the very first page you see when signing up and that tick box, that doesn't ever stop until you don't actually tick it?

An autofill feature when creating a profile so that all profiles are bland and generic.

Saves having to read all the advice threads in order to create a bland generic profile.

A can't be arsed filter preventing anyone creating a lazy profile regardless of how hot the guy in the chippy told them they were last Saturday night.

Maybe if you start a thread on the forum you, as the OP, have control.

You have the ability to delete others posts, or the whole thread.

"Fab could instigate a Bumble policy. Single men can't message first. They have to be invited to message. That would help deal with a lot of issues."

The is an option for similar.

With message filters set to receive no messages from single men, they can then choose which ones to initiate messaging with.

Enforced 1 month "chill out" period when joining where they can't message first. Applies to everyone. If they're messaged they can chat, but they can't start conversations.

Surely in the first month you'll want some advice ans to start conversations? If people couldn't make any contact for a month they might not stick around

"They should make it so that women have to reply to all men’s messages. "

Which will lead to all women on the site blocking all single men from messaging them.

"Fab could instigate a Bumble policy. Single men can't message first. They have to be invited to message. That would help deal with a lot of issues."

Why shouldn't men message first. I have no issue with men messaging first I also have no issue messaging men first if I like their profile. I really don't see why all men should be punished just because a few sent stupid messages. And to be fair what one person doesn't like someone else will like anyhow.

If people don't want to be inundated with a load of messages there are already ways to stop getting messages if they actually chose to use their filters but then a lot of time fomo seems to kick in.

As for a solution there is none. People are always moaning on here wanting to change the site to suit what they want from fab and ignoring the fact that their way is not actually the only way and does not suit the majority of other people.

The best way to enjoy fab is to do it your own way that's what I found has worked best for me on here.
