Not sure if this has happened to anyone or not, however, when I tried to renew just now via phone, there was a significant pause in the message before the pin code was given.

The pause was significantly long for me to nearly hang up, as I thought something went wrong like the connection being lost etc...

Is there a logical explanation to my experience? Just wondering, that's all.

It is just a hunch, however, I believe it may have something to do with the increased length of call duration from 3min to 3.5min.

The call duration has always been the same for a £5 charge on BT line.

Hmmm, I thought it used to be around 3min and not 3.5min. Nevermind.
