I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this or if even its possible, but some people post really personal things to them and might not want anyone to know who it is posting, is there any way of having this a thing in one of the category in the forum?

Good idea, I see what you mean. Fab forums are great for advice from a wide range of people.
