Not able to write on Forum

When this account was made a single male we made a new couples account and now our new couple account Mijac2 can not write on the forums

We are sopporters, have verifications and have waited all the hour's they ask.

We have contacted sopport over and over but no reply.

How can we solve this problem with our account Mijac2.
