Rejected profile, no recourse

Met a couple on Saturday night at CJs, told them to join. They dud, we verified them and now their profile has been removed. They can't access it, they are genuine and CJ can verify them aswell. There is no recourse to contact admin?? |

They are able to contact admin. In the log in page there's a contact button |

Thats only for a verification not to go through it wouldnt get them banned |

No not at all, we met them on killing kittens. We are back in Liverpool so not even in the same country.
They are new to fab |
