I keep losing message/ conversation threads ?? I’m on the ‘new style’ inbox.
I’m not blocked by the recipient, nor have they left the site ? So not sure for why these are being deleted/ removed from my inbox?
Could we have clear guidance under what circumstances messages are removed/ deleted ?
I’ve searched the forums and couldn’t see any guidance provided by site admin.

I've accidentally deleted messages from the inbox.
I tend to head straight to the outbox at that point and reply through there.
I wonder if it's worth checking your outbox. |

We've been on the site for a number of years. This has only happened to us when the other person has left the site. Until today that is. Two messages have disappeared since the afternoon! |
