Why do I do a search and it says someone is online but look at their profile and it says they haven't been online in the last 10 minutes. I thought it was because I was going back to my previous search results but going right back and doing the search again gives the same result |

It just lags a bit, I sent a message to somebody and it said "message sent" 3 minutes ago and the message was read even though it showed them as last being online 5 minutes ago.
I think the best way is just to consider it accurate to the nearest 10 minutes.

I could be wrong but it seems to me that if the blue circle is next to the online status then the person is still online. If the blue circle has gone but it still says "online" then that person has recently logged off. |
