Photo verification

Trying to set up a couples account but it is immediately locked as it requires photo verification. We have submitted a photo and it said it would be approved within an hour but the account is still stuck on that page. Can anyone help?

Make sure the photo fits into the guidelines wording can be seen both hands can be seen etc

The way it locks you out straight away I’m not sure there is any way to be notified if it has been rejected. Will maybe try another photo. Thanks

If you have the name and site name on the paper and are seen holding it on the pic and it is still rejected, then ask Admin from the contact link to review for you.

Same here I’m Trying to set up a couples account but it is immediately locked as it requires photo verification We have submitted a photo 3 times already and it said it would be approved within an hour but it hasn’t approved it. Can anyone help? Please
