Keep replies to threats in the forums

It would be good idea to have one of those boxes flash up when someone goes to reply privately to a forum message that says something like

"Please consider if your reply would be better left in the forum thread, so that everybody can enjoy your perspective or information'

An option to turn off using the filters within the forums

So if attempted would say sorry this user isn't accepting replies via the forum
