There seems to be a bug in the location data for the local updates bit. I'm in London, but when I click "local updates" it provides updates for people in Ireland, particularly Dublin. If you click their profile, it still shows that they are 400+ miles away but its been happening for ages now. |

Local updates is based on postcode, I think. I did notice when I was in north London recently that a number of updates were from Ireland. Maybe the postcode is similar enough that the site thinks it is in London? |
