Hi Team

Had a friend she was looking to join the site and she had to upload a pic for verification but she's still waiting 3 days on it to be verified. She can't contact support so can I have any advice how she continues?

She can send a message to Admin from the contact link.If she sends it when she is logged out she needs to mention her username
