there is an option to search by title or a key word from a title

Use the mobile site and you'll see a grey bar under the threads you've posted to bar.

It literally says 'search the forum'.

It'll search all categories for any word you type.

It's only as good as the quality of the thread titles that people write. Too many of them are not good summary titles

You do need to have an idea of the title that's true

Unfortunately it doesn't let you search for any terms within a sub-forum. It would be a very easy change to implement and its absence is sorely felt.
