Is there an option to change the background screen colour to a darker colour so it's less bright at night?

If you install Kiwi browser, which is essentially Chrome, then there's a dark mode which works quite nicely. Access it from the e dots menu.

I use opera browser and I have my settings set to dark mode.

My phone has dark mode in settings too, so that works on all I do on it

My iPhone has dark mode too but when I open this site on there it comes up white. I'll have a play with the settings, thanks.

I have turned the brightness down on my phone, I find the white background a bit too bright even in daytime xx
