i reported someone couple times he was on my block list. i didn't remove him but he has gone off ny block list. he is still on the site as my friend found him. I carnt even find him to 're block him what could have happened.

no he still on it hun my friend got him up on her profile. he sending her bad messages now. she blocked him aswell.

If you've reported him repeatedly, the likelihood is that Admin have set up a permanent block between the 2 of you.
