Where have all the kept messages that I had in my received and sent folder gone? Importantly, how do i get them back ? ?

I try and save messages so I know what folk have said but they disappear and my memory is shit

If your a paying member you can make notes about a profile, so you can add anything you've discussed that you think it would be good to remember
