Have just tried to webcam on here. Used to work fine on old chat system but now my laptop using the desktop version won’t display my webcam picture although it recognises my webcam (Logitech) and says camera on but no picture appears.
Am using Firefox web browser.
Have gone through the list of “fixes” on the new chat page but it’s clearly way out of date as several options suggested aren’t even available e.g. update Adobe Flash link.
Suspect that Adobe Flash being withdrawn at the beginning of 2021 is the problem but I do not know what to load up to replace it.
Have tried contacting Admin direct but they’ve simply referred me back to the FAQ page, which is simply not up to date anyway.
Any ideas what to do to resolve the problem? |
