Apparently if they have no public puc, but a pic set to private, the no public puc filter doesn't work.
Might as well not have that privacy setting.

It does work in a fashion. What people do is just set the picture to 'public' to be able to message you then after they have done so set it back to 'private' |

They do that too. But what I said is also correct, its been tested between our profile and someone else's.

Guess it's so easy to get around that filter. Might be quite a lot of effort to fix it. Is it really worth having? |
