Breach of copyright is theft and anyone displaying another's material can display where they got it and the permission given to ensure they cannot be prosecuted.
Butterflyxxx, the site only works if everyone behaves responsibly and informs admin of such breaches. If they have to start hiring people to check everything then the membership cost will go up like so many other sites.
Admin do hold responsibility and they are covered to some degree by including that users cannot do this in the Ts and Cs. |
