Photo rules changed?

After getting photos with anal hook, basic shibari, Halloween style make up rejected as too rude for this site I've come across photos with a pussy shut with needles going through it, straight up poo and many memes in people's profiles.
Reading photo rules I would have thought those kinds weren't okay, did the rules change or am I missing something?  |

I've seen on other threads similar to this.
That if you see something that you think breaks the rules. Report the picture and let admin take a look to review.
The same with your own pics. Leave the rejected pics in your gallery and ask admin to review if you think a mistake has been made.  |
