It would be really handy if once you click on a profile you can see the messages exchanged between you both. If they gave a friendly not for me I wouldn't bother them again.
Or just block them when you got the initial knock back? Not for any sinister reason, but if you aren't for them, then blocking makes sure they dont come up in any future searches and leave you in the dilemma of wondering what they said in the past.
