Video upload rules for new profiles

Well I am not new to the site been here before. Just find the rules a bit harsh to upload videos:

1) meet verification from other members

2) full member

3) 30 days on site We only want genuine users

I don’t have a problem with 2) and 3) but the first is bit harsh, surely the green admin flag verification is enough?

You'll feel differently about the rules once you've got 1) sorted.
