Is anyone else having the time of the local updates not change?

It works fine with friends and hot list updates but on the local ones, the time stays frozen until there is another update

For example, someone local and a friend, their update shows as 56mins ago on the friends update but 24mins ago on the local feed

This seems to be ongoing as i posted about similar issues a few days ago and there are posts going back weeks, none of which seem to have had any official answer yet which is somewhat disappointing to be honest as it doesn't seem anything is being done to resolve it
