Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but fingers crossed it is lol.
I'm trying to renew our silver support by text, but the text won't send! Definately sending to the right number with the right word, but it just will not send..
If it helps, I'm on giffgaff, I have enough credit and I have signal.
This has happened once before.. Any help?

Have you contacted customer services at giffgaff? If it won't send it's a problem on the network.
(don't forget we also offer card upgrades)
Sounds like this might be a known problem with giffgaff

Yeah, I was just reading that topic! I am thinking it's a giffgaff problem now.
I totally forgot about card upgrades, I found it after I topped up my phone :/ Might just have to do it over the phone if I can't suss this out.
