verification prob

I know a lady on here i swing with that has joined this site. As she has been on before. Met her last nite and left her a verification.but she has not recieved it. Sent another and still not got it. She has become a site supporter as well. She cant upload pics niether. She is not new to this site. Any help folks ???

If you have shared the same net connection at any point, then you won't be able to verify her.

As for the photo's, not a clue!!

Yes she used my wifi to set up her account. But was off her own phone.That the reason ?.
