Last time l heard human resource protocols imply there are over 32 choices, 'bout time they narrowed it down to say 20?, joking aside this can be a serious matter to some.Give people the option as you suggest seems the best way imo |

I have to question the motivations or social philosophy of anyone objecting to more representation.
If you're happy with the options as they are, just use them as they are. Others being able to reflect their identity more accurately does you no harm. |
