Single lady profile changed to mf?

I’ve had a single lady profile with verifications and in the past a site supporter for over a year. I have always mentioned in my profile I have male friends I play with as a couple but recently posted a status saying playing as a couple.. and now my profile is permanently a MF couple.
It completely undermines my verifications as a single female and makes the account look suspicious. I need this changed back immediately to single female!!
And just to be pedantic.. I’m listed as bisexual and never said my current couples partner was a man. I have a female I play with regularly too but it didn’t switch to an FF couple. Why the assumption?

Someone did and I only noticed it today. I’m very upset about it.

And I just noticed yours says “open marriage” but you’re a single female. So are they going to switch yours too? It’s ludicrous really. If we want to be listed as single, we should be single. X |

I’ve sent a message in the contact us area but it’s not very clear if it’s to the right person or if it will be handled quickly.
I’d really appreciate that.. it’s definitely an issue for all single ladies here if any of them post that they have a regular playmate (make ir female) and suddenly get their account changed.
All of my verifications say “met this lady..” not met this couple. Why change it? Who is monitoring such things? Time spent better elsewhere monitoring actual dodgy profiles perhaps.

Saying you are in an open relationship on your single profile is fine, saying you are playing with a partner/ FB/ friend isn't
If you are playing as a couple on a single profile, it will be changed by Admin so you come up in the right searches and because it is the right profile to have
You can have a single profile and a couple profile to solve this though
Profiles are normally reported quite rightly by other users, Admin then change the profile if the report is true
If you want Admin to review it for you, you can ask them from the contact link at the bottom of every page/ home page on phone

They can’t just change that just because you said on your status about it, can they?
