A member wouldn't have banned them though. A mod did.
Use the contact button at the bottom of the page to mail Admin, when they get to your mail I am sure they will answer. |

Is that an effective way of correcting misbehaviour? "
When anyone is banned from chat, they receive an email detailing the reason why, and the mod who bans also has to complete a form before tha ban can happen |

never got any email, but got a warnin in the chat room so i knew why i was blocked but glad it was only a day...lol.. |

Hmmmm interesting,......... as mods we have to fill out a form before we can apply a ban. In that form we have to tick a box which relates to the reason why we have banned a user, then we have to further explain in a text box exactly why we banned them. We are told that the reason for this form is 2 fold ...
1) So Admin can keep tabs on the performance of the mods and to see who is banning who and for what reason
2) So users have better feedback on the reasons why they were banned -
If this isn't happening then either I have the wrong end of the stick or the system isn't working correctly

So in essence what I'm saying here is - if you've been banned from chat and haven't had an email explaining the reasons behind the ban .....

Or maybe they were banned before the sending of mail was introduced. |

we were banned late monday night we have contacted admin twice with no reply and we have even spoken to the mod that banned asking if they knew what was going on in which the replyed via msg that they not heard nothing either
so any advice as what we should now do would be appreciated thanks xx |
