Having an option to make your own location less accurate, could be a good idea. It may be useful for when in a less densely populated place, preventing others trying to scrutinise your venue etc.
Whilst Fab doesn't provide very precise location positioning info, it could still be useful to - optionally - make it less accurate. Whilst it could have downsides for some, some of the time, I think it could be a great option.

So why not use a 'close to' postcode instead? You can always change is via the search function.
Every single lady and couple I've met on fab has never used thier actual postcode, and when I've talked about this at clubs I get more or less the same answer, the person never puts their real post code to avoid weirdos |

What about the 'who's near'? I once got a bunch of uninvited guys surround my campervan thinking it was a free for all and I didn't feel safe. I did not give them location but I believe they used the who's near function |

Maybe turn your location off unless looking for a meet? |

"How do you turn off location? The who's near function isn't the same as the postcode you put in"
On the home screen, tap the 'who's near' icon and you then have an option to turn the feature off. |
