Blocked for no apparent reason

My very first interaction with a club account over the weekend

I'm blocked by them so can't messsge

They have confirmed via mutual friends that I'm not blocked by them

I haven't blocked them

How can this be sorted so that we can message each other

The forum can't help with this, send the username you are blocked from to Admin from the contact link and they will check it out for you
