Should the site have the option only friends can see your profile?

Would this option be a good feature the site should look at , as when the profile is hidden friends they can not see it!

If works in others sites like fac...b why wouldn't work here? is quite easy make friends going to clubs , socials and other related events , there's where i meet some of my friends
