Great story bro but it’s best you take it into the Apple experts is it not because my advice to fix it is to put squirty cream all over it and lick it off slowly!!!!!

Does it work with any other Apps? Try Photo Booth. If it works there it might be a permissions thing, have a search.

If it doesn't work with another app then chances are it's buggered.
