I didn't think there was a 'dogging and cottaging' forum link. If there was and it has been removed, it was probably because people were posting unwanted topics in the forum listing xx |

It wasn't a section for dogging, it was for people coming over from two other sites. It wasn't used by them and all it ended up with was people asking for and then posting locations, which is against forum rules so Admin removed it |
