Hey there - is there an issue or has there been a change to the DNS? The site is only connecting with the www prefix, and returns a 404 when you try to access without.
If it returns a 404 then that means it has connected to the server and can’t find the page. Therefore DNS has worked. It is an internal server issue at this point.
