It would be nice if East Anglia could stopped being treated as “East Midlands”… there are a few places on the site where this is the case (profiles and meets). Would help a lot of people if we could add East Anglia  |

I was just going to ask this question, maybe we could pester FAB
Just looked at meets and the first thing we had to do was check how far away the meet was.
Come on FAB how hard can it be to add an area. |

Speaking as a programmer myself, it's not hard at all. If the site has been programmed correctly (and I have no reason to think that it hasn't), adding "East Anglia" should take seconds.
...it would take longer to log-in to the server than it would to actually do it.

Come on FAB, how can Sheffield and Colchester be in the same area (East Midlands)
Just make it a little easier for us people in East Anglia to find a meet in East Anglia please.

I'm not a programmer, but did a rather basic OU web design course and know this and how to do it if the programme is there. |

If they won't change it to East Anglia can they change East Midlands to West East Anglia, the south east to South East Anglia, Wales to extremely West East Anglia and the south west to Very South West East Anglia. |

Most definatly a vote from me - with that in mind, it would be helpful to also have some sort of sub category on profiles, such as the particular part of East Anglia, such as the county to narrow it down a bit. |

The location areas are awful on Fab, I like the site as a whole but the categories of area are definitely a weak point.
Living in Lincolnshire is a big county, but I'm within 20-30 miles of several postcode areas LN, DN, PE NG, HU. These areas stretch for a long way beyond that 20-30 miles. |

We find this too, we've found some people that the site says are 10 miles from us on their profiles but we never see their status updates in "local updates", but we do see updates from people who are 50+ miles away. |
