If you're going to seek help why not just give a little explanation so readers can understand the problem?...

That's definitely true

but we were thinking more of those who are asking for site/technical help but give no detail. This sort of thing:

Cam won't work.

Can't get into chat.

Video won't load.

the mind does boggle when I see them posts. It's worrying people think that is enough info to receive help!
