Only by blocking those you don't want to see it. Otherwise anybody who is signed in and looks at your profile will be able to see it

You won't be able to do that unless you block every single male

Not why this is really a problem but if it’s because single males keep contacting you then just block them sending you messages.

I don’t think any site lets you bloke only males.
