Locked out of profile

What could the reason be for being unable to log into yer own profile?

A mate of mine here can't log in, when he asks for his password to be mailed to him, nothing hapens.

Any ideas?

Someones hacked it and either deleted the profile or changed the email and password?????

If he is asking for a password reminder, tell him to check his spam folder.

If he is disabled by Admin, he would still be able to log in, just not do anything.
