Have you checked your settings on your device as this can at times act tab temperamental and any Junk files from it being set on or off can interrupt using sites |

It is definitely related to an adult block or connection being intercepted
If you’re connecting by 4g etc... it is an adult block
Fs has a test page you can use |

Still the same thing use the nossl page to get the correct error message from your provider.
I’ve had it before where in certain areas or 3g vs 4g would sometimes be blocked
