Abuse. Mods actions

Hi there.
We know that Mods cannot find the time to reply, but we wanted to ask a question of what we felt was outrageous behaviour.
We have had what we can only describe as outrageously bigot and racist comments from a member.
Initially he took my hubby away from here onto Skype to discuss some advise on another country, but within a few sentences it became clear that he was nothing but a photo collector.
My hubby commented about him in the initial thread. He has been suspended and has no issue with that.
However there is no room for bigotry and racism in this country, and comments like white s.l.a.v.e owners of black people and Hindu slut are vile and disgusting in our opinion.
We have reported this vile excuse for a human being to the Moderators. We hope they feel the same way as us, and they ban both the guy, and his IP.
Will you be taking appropriate action Mods please?

If you report to admin it is always dealt with, I will say how in my next post. You will not receive individual feedback |

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:
