Hotlist removal

...being left handed I use my thumb to scroll through pages. Sometimes when gouing through my hotlist I inadvertantly hit the 'Remove feom Hotlist' link and boom they're gone...sometimes I don't even know who's been removed.

Could a thing like 'are you sure you want to remove from hotlist' be added in a similar way to when friends are removed?
