Illegal activity by users

You clearly have no systems to block users who repeatedly carry out illegal activity on your site. Have reported the same user every day for two weeks and you just keep letting them create new profiles, and even photo verifying them. Why do you even bother having a report feature when it's clearly pointless as users just come back with a new profile?

So you report the profiles and Admin get rid ? Not sure what is wrong with that to be fair

If they slip through after Admins blocks, just report again please
