I think being a paid member is a useful way of identifying yourself as genuine. I have reservations about the phone payment method tbh but otherwise using your card adds a degree of legitimacy to your actions.
It would be great if there was a setting to only engage with other paid members; only be visible to them, only contactable etc. I’m sure it would ween out al the catfish and fakes and profitable for the site. |
