Can a photo mod help me please?

I have a new joint account with a fellow Fabber (one in a million) with Atom Seed and we're photo verified.
Two videos have been rejected today saying we're not in them. I have tried to prove we are on the second one and by uploading another photo to back that up.
The first video and some of the photos are on my own profile. Atom has face and body photos on his profile too.
It seems crazy that the videos have been rejected.
Can someone help please? Thank you.

Leave the rejected videos in your gallery and use the contact option to ask Admin to re_iew |

Thanks, but it doesn't take me to a bit where I can contact.
It takes me to this
"Unfortunately we can't provide feedback about individual photo rejections. Please see the full photo rules and check that your photo conforms to all the rules. If you're sure it conforms to the photo rules, you can try uploading again.
A common question we get is "why aren't allowed this photo when others have something similar?" If you see other photos on the site that may also break the photo rules, please press the REPORT link under the photo and it will be re_iewed by a photo moderator."
 I can't press the REPORT link under the photo as we've got our profile as hidden until it's completely ready to go. The videos are still on our profile. |
