Reducing new profiles being made over and over

I was thinking to reduce profiles being able to be made and then deleted and remade instantly you could log the email address used and let it have a cooldown period, anything from a week to a month.
This would reduce/stop the speed at which fake profiles are made on the site as we all see them being created regularly on a daily basis in our feeds.
The fake ones with fake pics from the net aren't a nuisance really but in speaking with female friends they sometimes are harassed by profiles that they then block only to find it's gone in a flash and a new one appears and continues,
I know it's hard to monitor this as the speed at which this can occur is sometimes too fast for mods to challenge/deal with but thought limiting the use of the same email address would help combat this.
Yes, I am aware you can make multiple email addresses but it makes the whole process of creating profiles in under 2 mins a lot harder or now an impossible task.
The reason I mention it as on another site, years ago, they logged your email forever so you either used that profile or had to create a new one with a whole new email address.

I understand what you are saying mate but the problem is that you can get one-time use email addresses in like 30 seconds without needing to go through the hassle of signing up. Maybe it would be better if they blocked the IP address for a week or a month. The only problem with this is that someone could simply use a vpn. |

I know there's no fool proof way to do it but it does slowdown the potential of it being easy to do by anyone and everyone. |

It is possible to block messages from newbies so that would help anyone who's getting mail from such persistent idiots. |

People seem to assume it is the exact same person mailing them a second time, it may not be. Filters are great for blocking people from mailing you, including new users

It was a suggestion for a potential improvement which is why I put it in this area, rather than for comments of what's already in place.
As a male I don't have the issue of negative mail, except from the "odd" couple who are nice till you say not interested then they become offended for some reason |

Thanks for letting me know, I wouldn't have known that 
To clarify before any more posts, yes, older profile may have porn pics on too ( it can be of any sex ) which also should be reported but I was answering the OP as he was talking about new profiles |

If the site owners put a £2 fee up for joining then it would stop these sort of fake profiles also stop giving filters to non site supporting profile that don’t pay the £2 |

There are methods available today that wouldn't rely on email verification/tracking.
Technology has moved on quite a bit. I've approached fab about this a few times recently only to be stonewalled (threads removed, messages unanswered) so have come to terms that this is the way they want it to be.
You have to imagine there's a benefit to making it look like there's a constant stream of new people joining that attracts people to join.
I'm not saying fab is in anyway responsible for the fake profiles, but I can see how benefit from the activity. |

I would imagine that the amount of work Admin do behind the scenes to get rid of bad eggs and fakes that it must feel like an insult when people say that they do nothing or that they don't know the best ways to run their site.
To the OP and anyone else , if you see what you think is a fake account report, if it verified as fake it won't stay on the site for long |
