Viewing Cameras

Could anyone advise me why I cant see all the cameras in a forum. Sometimes there isn't an icon to highlight when there are others that are ( in red).

Because if there isnt an icon they arent on cam. Just in the room

When the icon is red it means there's quite a few other people also viewing it, if its a Directing room, then theres a good chance somethings going on.
