Begging the fab creators: switch off friend requests

I know this has been asked 1000 times but is there a way to switch off or block friend requests? (Yes i know you can ignore them) but it’d be great if ppl couldnt send them until you’ve spoken and even then block that person from sending requests (some folks send thanks but no thanks messages, so the ‘filter’ would be broken then). I sometimes hide my friends only photos as then the level of random friend requests dwindles to nothing. Not fair on the ppl i have and want as friends.  |

Fab don't implement good ideas from the community unfortunately. We put one to them that scores of people supported but fab didn't even offer us a response. Yours is a good idea too but don't hold your breath. |

Been some very good ideas put forward over the years. What I've found is if it reduces traffic then there's no hope.

The block filter is the best filter on fab. |

You could make your photos private and just share them with individuals that you want to though. Perhaps this would help you in the meantime though sadly not the answer you're hoping for. |
