Yes.
You delete the old pics then upload other pics. You even have the option of uploading the same pics if you still have them.
But be careful not to upload 10yr old pics and then appear as if you're 10yrs younger.
I'm sure you wouldn't want that.

For instance, I can have 1150 pics, it tells you in your Manage Photos section. I have come across a few with 900+, who knows how many private.
But to answer the OP
There isn't a bulk delete option. |
